OUR JOURNEY

The story so far

My passion for quality, and an unwavering eye for detail, are rooted in my upbringing — values handed down by those closest to me, with a constant emphasis on striving for excellence.

These principles shape both the services I provide and the products I design.

A personal beginning

My journey into creating luxury hand sanitiser began during one of the most profound periods of my life.

While my late mother was undergoing cancer treatment in hospital, hand sanitiser became a daily constant. Long before the pandemic, it was something she believed firmly in — a small but meaningful act of care that helped keep those around her safe.

Yet even then, it was clear that something so essential lacked thought, beauty, and permanence.

I remember her often commenting that hospital hand sanitiser was sticky, unpleasant, and entirely uninspiring. In those moments, I made a promise — that one day, I would create the perfect hand sanitiser.

Today, I am immensely proud to say that promise has been honoured.

From care to craft

In creating Jo Pallan, I sought to transform a functional necessity into something refined, considered, and enduring.

Every element has been designed with intention — from the balance of the form to the experience of use. The fragrances were developed through an extensive journey of exploration and understanding, ensuring each scent carries meaning as well as elegance.

There has been no compromise throughout this process. What emerged is a product that reflects love, excellence, and luxury — values that remain at the heart of everything we do.

A legacy continued

“Where there is love, you always leave something behind.”™

Those words guide this brand.

Jo Pallan is built on leaving something meaningful — not only a beautifully crafted object, but a reflection of care, humility, and intention. It is a tribute to my mother, and a continuation of the values she instilled in me.

With love at its core, this is more than a product.
It is something personal, something lasting.

With love,

Jo Pallan
